203 E. Blithedale Avenue (@ Millwood St) is in downtown Mill Valley (5 blocks east from Throckmorton).  The office is just past Dell Lane when driving west on E. Blithedale.  E. Blithedale is easy to reach via the East Blithedale/Tiburon Exit from the US-101 Northbound (turn left at the exit) or US-101 Southbound (turn right at the exit).  There is parking behind the building accessible from E. Blithedale.  Suite A is on the ground floor.  Please enter into the waiting room where I will greet you for our appointment.
